Step 1

2. Select items to rent

3. Choose duration

4. Select start date

Step 2

Enjoy your items!

1. Your items will arrive on the date you specified, with pre-paid return label (save this!).

2. Enjoy the items!

Tip: Save the box & pre-paid return label for easy return.

Step 3

Return the items

1. On last day of your rental, place items back in box & attach pre-paid label.

2. Drop off box at local carrier (or arrange for pickup through local carrier directly).

3. Rent more items!

FAQs

Which carrier do I return with?

We primarily use USPS. We are always trying to minimize shipping costs while getting you the best turnaround times. Please double check the carrier name on the pre-paid shipping label to make sure that you are dropping off in the right place.

What happens if an item gets dirty?

It happens! Don't worry - we sanitize and/or dry-clean each item before it changes hands. If the item is unrepairable or there is a stain that will not come out, we have insurance, so you don't need to worry. Of course, we request that you respect the items as if they are your own so that they can be used again through the BabyLuxe community.

What happens if I forget to send the item(s) back?

We will send you a reminder when you are 1 day away from your return date. If you do not send it back by the return date, you will be charged for an additional week, per our policy. If after that week it is still not sent back, we will charge you for the full list price of the item.
